The recommended course is 1-2 treatments a week or 12-15 sessions. These usually last 75-90 minutes. Many people get so relaxed that they feel quite refreshed after the treatment.
The benefits: helps reduce sagging, improves acne, helps diminish fine lines and wrinkles, lifts drooping eyelids and brightens the eyes, improves facial color and circulation to the area, blances and regulates your body to promote health, promotes a sense of well-being.
General risks: bruising, redness, bleeding, puffiness, pain the site of the needles face during or after treatment.
Contraindications: This is not to be done during pregnancy. You must be migraine free for at least three months. This is not for people who bleed easily, have pacemakers, have had laser resurfacing within the last two months, have an acute cold or fly, have acute infectious skin lesions, have acute allergic reactions, had Botox injections recently, have high blood pressure or are on certain medications (aspirin, Plavix, Coumadin, Vitamin E)
